Du lundi 05 au mercredi 07 août 2024, l’Organisation Non Gouvernementale ( Ong) Consortium Baani avec l’appui du Programme d’Appui à l’Égalité de Genre ( Paeg 1) a encore convié la première cohorte des femmes leaders recrutées pour leur accompagnement et renforcement en leadership. C’était à N’Dali avec la présence effective de la jeune femme leader Valérie Taouéma qui sort encore aguérrie dans ses capacités d’investir davantage le terrain.
Après le troisième atelier de formation sur la thématique « Stratégies, techniques et outils de conciliation de la vie professionnelle, de la vie politique et de la vie familiale » , l’Ong Consortium Baani poursuit résolument sa mission de participer à la promotion et au renforcement des capacités en leadership des jeunes femmes en vue de leur présence massive sur la scène politique. C’est dans la droite ligne de cette vision qu’elle a organisé les 05, 06 et 07 août 2024 au profit des jeunes femmes leaders recrutées le quatrième atelier de formation sur la thématique : « gestion des conflits en milieu social et politique ».
Au cours de cet atelier de formation, les cent soixante-dix femmes bénéficiaires de la première cohorte de la zone Borgou ont reçu les ferments nécessaires sur lesquels elles sont désormais outillées sur la gestion des conflits en milieu social et politique grâce aux diverses séquences animées par des formateurs expérimentés. À l’issue dudit atelier de formation, les participantes se disent satisfaites de ses acquis et mieux que par le passé, capables de continuer par investir le terrain dans leurs circonstances électorales respectives en les intégrant pour la culture et la promotion de la paix partout où besoin se fait sentir.
C’est pourquoi, ces jeunes femmes n’ont pas tari de remerciements à l’endroit de l’Ong Consortium Baani et de ses partenaires techniques et financiers. « Je suis animée d’une joie immense parce que cette formation, comme les précédentes, nous a vraiment outillées sur la gestion des conflits en milieu social et politique. Je profite de l’occasion pour remercier infiniment Consortium Baani pour tout ce qu’il fait déjà pour nous », a laissé entendre Valérie Taouéma, participante venue de la commune de Parakou.
Mais avant, dans cette série de formations, la première et la deuxième formations ont porté successivement sur « leadership et engagement politique » ; « techniques de prise de parole dans les espaces publics, politiquees et médiatiques ». Nul doute que lentement mais sûrement la vision de Consortium Baani prend corps pour le bonheur de tous.
