Placé sous le parrainage du Ministre de l’énergie, de mines et de l’eau Samou Séidou Adambi, le tournoi petits poteaux organisé par Marmi Empire en collaboration avec l’Association Sportive de l’Université de Parakou (Asup) a connu son épilogue le samedi 20 avril 2024 sur le terrain de l’Université de Parakou. Cette finale qui a drainé une foule impressionnante des amoureux du cuire rond a été marquée par un match captivant qui a opposé Bio Guera Fc et Château Fc. Un match qui s’est soldé par la victoire de Bio Guerra Fc.

C’est fait. Bio Guerra Fc a soulevé le premier trophée de la toute première édition du tournoi de petits poteaux de l’Université de Parakou au détour d’un match âprement disputé. Alors qu’après la première partie le comptoir des buts était toujours vide, ce n’est qu’à la moitié de la deuxième partie que l’équipe de Bio Guera Fc est parvenue à changer le destin du match. Elle remporte ainsi le tournoi avec un score d’un but à zéro.
Rivelyn Mattéoti Gnanglé, président du comité d’organisation a souligné que ses impressions sont bonnes à l’issue de ce tournoi. A l’en croire, les objectifs ont été atteints et de surcroît, la cible a été touchée. Pour les éditions à venir, il a promis au nom de tout le comité d’organisation, de donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes afin d’avoir beaucoup de perspectives et surtout agrandir les lots pour les gagnants, les vainqueurs. Avec son équipe, ils travailleront à élargir aussi le tournoi sur d’autres disciplines sportives notamment le handball, le volley-ball et le basketball. « Notre objectif est d’élargir cette initiative afin que ça ne soit pas que du football », a-t-il continué. A cet effet, il a lancé un appel à l’endroit des bonnes volontés, des partenaires et sponsors pour l’épanouissement des jeunes de la cité des Kobourou et ses environs. Pour finir, Rivelyn Mattéoti Gnanglè a traduit toute sa gratitude et reconnaissance à l’endroit du parrain Samou Séidou Adambi pour avoir accepté d’accompagner l’événement.
Tout comme le président du comité d’organisation, la représentante du parrain Faridatou Zacharie Traoré a fait part de sa satisfaction pour la réussite de cette première édition du tournoi petits poteaux de l’Université de Parakou. « Comme vous pouvez le constater, tout s’est bien passé, dans une bonne ambiance et sans aucun problème », a-t-elle expliqué. Au regard de la foule qui s’est mobilisée autour de ce tournoi, elle a affirmé que les attentes du ministre sont comblées. Ainsi, elle a félicité l’équipe championne et encouragé celle qui a perdu à travailler davantage afin de remporter la prochaine édition.
Il faut noter que la grande finale a été précédée d’une petite finale qui a opposé Man City et Blacks Players. Un match remporté par Blacks Players au tir aux buts. L’équipe vainqueur de la grande finale est repartie avec un trophée, un lot de maillot, un ballon, 12 médailles en or et une enveloppe financière. La deuxième quant à elle, a été gratifiée d’un lot de maillot, un ballon, 12 médailles en argent et une enveloppe financière. L’équipe championne de la petite finale est repartie avec un lot de maillots, un ballon et 12 médailles de bronze. L’équipe vice-championne de la petite finale a été récompensée avec seulement un 1 ballon.
